Payment happens after you submit the order form, on a secure hosted checkout. You always see the exact total first, and nothing is produced until the payment completes.
How payment works
- Submit the order form. This saves your order and shows you the exact total. It does not charge you anything by itself.
- Pay on the secure checkout. The checkout is linked from that page. The same payment link is in your order confirmation email, so you can also pay later.
- Production starts. When the payment completes, the order is confirmed and production starts. Nothing is produced before then.
Prices are in US dollars. Every order is one-time: nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
Your card details
The checkout is operated by our payment provider. No card details are entered on, passed through or stored by the Seovider website, and we never see or hold your card number. We do not store payment details and do not set up recurring charges or subscriptions. Every payment is one you make deliberately.
Before you pay
The time between submitting the form and paying is yours to use. Reply to your order confirmation email to change the scope or to ask for a different price at any point before you pay.
When a payment fails
If the checkout does not complete, for example because the payment is declined or the window is closed before the end:
- Your order stays saved, unpaid, and nothing is produced.
- To try again, open the payment link in your order confirmation email.
- If a payment is declined more than once, check with your bank or card issuer before trying again.
- If the payment link no longer works, write to mail@seovider.com from the email address you ordered with.
Do not place a second order just to retry a payment. Ask us first, so you do not end up paying twice for the same work.
If you are not sure whether a payment went through
Do not pay again. Write to mail@seovider.com with the email address you ordered with and roughly when you paid, and we check the order.
Refunds
The Terms of Service describe refunds in these cases:
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| We cannot take an order on, because it falls outside what we do or under our acceptable use rules | We tell you, and refund anything already paid |
| We stop work under our acceptable use rules after production has started | We refund anything paid for work not yet delivered, and tell you why |
If delivered work does not match the brief you confirmed, the remedy is a correction at no charge. See Corrections after delivery.
Dedicated blog renewals
A dedicated blog covers twelve months. To continue after that, a renewal is needed, but it is never charged automatically: we contact you before the renewal date and you decide. See Your dedicated blog, and connecting your own subdomain.
