When your payment completes, the order is confirmed and production starts. From there, most orders need nothing more from you.
The steps
- The brief is confirmed. The topics, your own or suggested from keyword research, are settled before anything is written. This is the moment to adjust them. See Sending your own topics or asking us to suggest them.
- Research and writing. Keyword research comes first, then an original article.
- Review. Articles are reviewed by our production team. Sales pages must pass the automatic check before they can be published. See Sales pages, and what the automatic check verifies.
- Your approval, if you chose Pro. Each piece waits for your approval before it is published. See Reviewing work before it is published (Pro).
- Publishing. Articles are published on a blog in our network or on your dedicated blog, with a search-friendly title and description, internal links to related articles and a place in the blog's sitemap. Sales pages are published on your domain or on a subdomain we provide. Larger packs are published on the schedule agreed with you.
- The delivery report. You receive a web report with every live link, the same report as a PDF, and a plain list of the links. See The delivery report, its PDF and the plain list of links.
How long it takes
It depends on how much you ordered and where it is being published. Larger packs follow the schedule agreed with you. If you have a deadline, put it in the brief. The Pro level includes faster publishing.
When you might hear from us
Most orders run on the brief alone. You may be asked for something in these cases:

If you want to change something
Write to mail@seovider.com. A correction that brings the work back to the brief you confirmed costs nothing. A materially different brief, such as a new topic, a new audience or a rewrite of a piece you approved, is new work and is quoted separately. If we cannot take the order on
If an order falls outside what we do, or under our acceptable use rules, we tell you and refund anything already paid. See What we will not write.
Keeping track
The client portal lists your orders, your published pages, your delivery reports and any enquiries your sales pages collect. See The client portal.
